Dissolve one part powder in eight parts liquid. If 60 grams of powder is used in a shake, it can replace one meal per day, as defined in the Commodities Act (Commodities Act) regulations on energy-restricted diets. This slimming shake in powder form can be mixed with water (or skimmed/semi-skimmed milk) into a shake:To do this, dissolve two level scoops of powder (equals 30 grams) in 150-200 ml of water or milk.
