Do not apply directly to the skin.This oil blend can be used in a variety of ways:- Mix 6-8 drops in your diffuser. We recommend adding no more than two drops of essential oil per 20 ml of water. - Mix 25-50 drops with 100 ml of water/alcohol and use as a room spray/refresher- Put 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale- Mix 6-8 drops with a fragrance-free shower gel for bathing- Mix 5 drops in 2 teaspoons/10 ml base oil for use in massage- Mix 1 or 2 drops into a soft balm and use on pulse points- vApply 1 drop to each side of your pillow before bedtimeSafetyThis essential oil is not for ingestion.
